Orbit Baby products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. They must be unused with original tags and packaging, so we recommend only test-driving our products indoors, and to do so with the utmost of care.

Orbit Baby offers free DHL / GLS Ground shipping on all orders over 1599 € for countries in EU.

All orders received by 1:00PM Central European Time (CET) will ship the same business day.

As Orbit Baby Europe is located in Ljubljana, Slovenia, please allow up to 7 business days for orders to reach third countries via DHL Ground.
